With over 8 years of industry experience, Sean brings an immense amount of preconstruction and estimating experience to the BOWA team. He has served in positions of increasing responsibility on various projects throughout his career. Managing everything from analyzing cost data to handling detailed quantity takeoffs, Sean has a very clear approach to his work, and it shows. He is a proactive learner with a flair for adopting emerging technology, some of which include On-Screen Takeoff OST, Interactive Cost Estimating ICE, Assemble Autodesk), and Procore.

Sean is a graduate of Dublin Institute of Technology, where he received his Bachelor in Quantity Surveying (Construction Economics and Management). In addition, he has acquired other relevant certifications over the years. Currently, Sean is a Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) and Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS). He is also an associate member of the U.S. Green Building Council.development, and diversity & inclusion while managing capital programs and executing complex projects within time, scope, budget, and quality parameters.
