Bowa Construction provided construction management services for the new interior retail concession build-out at Chicago’s O’Hare International Airport Terminal 5. Scope of work included demolition, carpentry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, glass and glazing, and millwork and flooring.

This landslide project was completed in an occupied terminal, therefore it was imperative that effective communication and coordination was executed between all trades and airport authorities in order to maintain the safety of all passenger traffic throughout the duration of the project.
