The Historic Development is one of the First 80/20 High-Rise Residential Building in Chicago
CHICAGO (November 4, 2021)—Related Midwest today announced that BOWA Construction and LR Contracting will co-lead construction of a residential high-rise building at 900 Randolph. Designed by Morris Adjmi Architects, 900 Randolph is Fulton Market’s newest mixed-use development featuring 300 apartments, an unprecedented suite of amenities, services and more.
With substantial experience in general contracting and construction management in Chicago across various industries, BOWA Construction is uniquely positioned to oversee the construction of this complex mixed-use development in the vibrant Fulton Market neighborhood. 900 Randolph is the first high-rise building constructed under new Affordable Illinois legislation, with 80 percent market-rate and 20 percent affordable units.
