Andrea is one of the original founding team members of Bowa Construction and can recall “being in the office when there were only four employees all sharing the same workplace, bidding on multiple projects per day.” They were all working towards the same goal, “to get Bowa work.” Before joining Bowa Construction, Andrea studied at Belize Technical and Wesley College. She began at Bowa Construction as an Office Manager, overseeing all administrative jobs for the company including generating RFQs and RFPs, as well as managing client billings. Now as Accounting Manager, she continues to galvanize the team with her passion, dedication, loyalty and tenacity. Andrea brings years of experience to the table, having served in a leadership capacity as both a financial analyst and area business operations manager managing more than 75 team members.
