Bowa Construction is providing general contracting services for The University of Chicago Medical Center’s Billings M5 Renovation project, including the conversion of 20,000 square feet of medical spaces into high-end offices. This multi-phase renovation project was inclusive of demolition; carpentry; electrical; fire protection; mechanical; plumbing; and rerouting of medical components including gas, water line reservation and heating system changes, along with the addition of radiant and electrical panels, air handling units and the replacement of led positive windows. The infrastructure for each office also required isolation ventilation systems.

The Billings M5 Renovation project is moving according to schedule and within budget utilizing standardized scopes, phasing plans, cost controls/tracking and schedule control methodologies, while maintaining full compliance with the American Disability Act.

“I have never worked with a General Contractor as diligent, focused, ethical and client satisfaction driven like Bowa.”
